First: Service Definition

Dorbits Development Platform is an electronic educational platform that provides digital educational services, including simplifying and explaining school curricula, preparing educational summaries, academic support, and exam training, in addition to offering educational courses related to school curricula.
All services provided are digital and intangible services delivered electronically.


Second: Usage Policy

  • The service is activated after successful completion of the payment process.

  • Files and content are sent through approved communication channels such as WhatsApp or the email address registered by the user during the purchase process.

Third: Refund and Exchange Policy

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

  • After the digital content has been delivered to the user by any means.

  • If any part of the content has been used or accessed.

  • If incorrect contact information is provided by the user.

  • If the user decides not to continue after the service has begun.

Cases That May Be Considered for Refund

  • If the amount is deducted without delivering the content within the specified timeframe.

  • If there is a technical issue that prevents benefiting from the service and it has not been resolved.

  • If the payment process is duplicated by mistake.


Fourth: Refund Request Procedure

  • A refund request must be submitted within a maximum period of 3 business days from the payment date.

  • The request must be submitted via the official email and must include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the refund request
